Yoga isn't just something I practice on the mat. It's how I try to live life off the mat as well. It's way beyond exercise. There's a sense of being grounded while at the same time flying. There's a strength while at the same time a feeling of vulnerability. And above all, there's the breath - moving with the breath even in times of difficulty. Yoga has inspired me to see past my edge both on and off the mat. 

One of my greatest joys is sharing the transformative effect of yoga with others. It was this desire to inspire others that led me to pursue yoga on a deeper level. In July 2015, I graduated from the Laughing Lotus 200 Hour Teacher Training. I was honored to learn from the senior teachers throughout this incredible journey and I can't wait to share what I learned with others.
